We're seeking an exceptional engineering manager to join our small and growing team. This isn't your typical EM role. We're looking for a senior engineer who also knows how to lead. You'll coach and mentor our engineers, make architecture and security decisions, and help us build the fastest engineering team on the planet.

Who You Are :

You're a top-tier engineer with leadership experience who thrives in high-velocity startup environments. You've built and scaled products, you bias towards action, and you're excited about creating an environment where engineers can ship quickly and confidently. You might be :

• A seasoned engineer who has already stepped into an EM role.
• An ex-founder who built and shipped product to real users.
• A startup tech lead who wants more ownership across team and architecture.
• A pragmatic builder who prefers velocity over perfection.
