We are currently recruiting for Logistics Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing inbound and outbound logistics operations. This role ensures compliance with international trade regulations and drives continuous improvement in logistics performance, cost efficiency, and service quality. The position collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement logistics strategies that support overall business goals.

What you will do in the position :

• Logistics Operations & Compliance

Manage international and domestic shipping processes, ensuring compliance with import / export regulations.

Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and best practices.

Work cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to support business objectives.

Maintain accurate records of shipping documentation, tariff codes, and compliance data.

Lead and support logistics team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.

What you will need to succeed :

The posted pay range, $69,700 - $92,900, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
