Position Overview :

We are seeking a Clinical Research Lead to oversee and drive our research operations. Research participants (our members) are at the heart of what we do, and you will be in a mission-critical role recruiting and supporting them.

The ideal candidate will also have experience collecting and structuring clinical data and real world evidence for analysis. There is an opportunity to grow and lead a clinical research operations team in the future.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, screen, interview, and enroll research members in our studies
  • Support research members and advocate on their behalf
  • Collect, manage, and analyze clinical data, including health records
  • Identify creative ways to integrate various clinical data sources to create a fuller real-world picture of each member
  • Retain and engage research members in longitudinal studies with progress updates and other creative means
  • Assist with research study design and protocol development
  • Help ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance
  • Work with IRB for study planning and approval, including documents, reports and materials

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research, including clinical data collection and analysis
  • Experience with IRB study approval, GCP, HIPAA and other regulatory affairs
  • Experience with study documentation, monitoring, and reports
  • Nice to Have Qualifications :

  • Experience as a registered nurse or nurse practitioner
  • Worked on studies involving genomics, biobanks, and / or registries
  • Experience with decentralized trials
  • Previous startup experience
  • Benefits & Compensation :

  • Competitive salary ($120k - $180k) and meaningful equity. New hires are typically hired into the lower portion of the range, enabling employee growth in the range over time. Actual placement in range is based on job-related skills and experience, as evaluated throughout the interview process.
