Description :

The Emergency Department has 21 beds and maintains a patient ratio of 4 : 1.

The unit staffing includes Unit Secretaries.

There are no techs available in the unit.

Standard ER equipment is utilized.

Documentation is conducted through the Meditech system.

Scheduling requires 4 weekend shifts per schedule period of 4 weeks.

Floating to other sites may be required.

Patient experience requirements include signing a list of expectations on the first day, with a goal of 75%.

Advanced skills needed include TNCC and ENPC.

Standard ER procedures are performed on the unit.

The required uniform is scrubs in black or royal blue.
