Lead HVAC Installer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation and maintenance. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read schematics, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards. The HVAC Installer will oversee residential and commercial installation projects ensuring systems are installed to the highest standards of safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a hands on approach to guiding a team of installers and apprentices.

• Responsibilities
• Lead installs projects for HVAC Systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, duct work, and related equipment.
• Supervise and mentor junior installers
• Read, review, and interpret schematics to understand system designs and layouts.
• Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate clearly with customers and project managers about progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working in various environments.
• Qualifications :
• 3+ years of HVAC installation residential experience.
• Valid HVAC license / certification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership experience or supervisory skills preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
