- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in the Albuquerque area.Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, but not required.What Is Offered :
