Data Collection : Unit Information : Location : SAMC Building : MAIN BUILDING Floor : 1st floor Order Detail : Facility Department Number : 7377 Discipline : Endoscopy Quantity : Target Start Date : Shift : 0630-3pm M-F Call Requirements : 7-10 days of call per month Weekends : call only General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds 3 procedural rooms Number of Staff 9 total (4 techs, 4 nurses and 1 supervisor) Type of staff : o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 9 day shift o Night Shift - call only Patient Ratios 1 : 1 Type of equipment - Medivators EMR Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y / N) Y Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ERCP Complex GI Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Bronchoscopy experience ION robot experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Colonoscopy, ERCP EGD, EBUS, Bronch Best personality Fit : Easy going and flexible. Positive Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - Ciel Blue or Navy for Nurses (OR supplies scrubs if needed) Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
