Senior Art Director

A company is looking for a Senior Art Director to lead the visual direction of game projects. Key Responsibilities Refine and maintain the overall visual style and artistic vision for game projects Create assets and mentor a team of artists across multiple disciplines Collaborate with game designers and technical directors to align artistic vision with gameplay requirements Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Artist in game development Experience shipping at least 2 commercial titles using Unreal Engine or comparable engines Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 / 5 and proficiency in industry-standard tools Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Game Design, or equivalent professional experience Strong understanding of real-time rendering techniques and performance optimization
