Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards while effectively managing stakeholders and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they impact project delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and collaboration.
• Implement change management processes to address project scope changes and stakeholder requests effectively.
