What You’ll Do

As a Retail Team Member, you’ll play a key role in making every customer’s visit special. Your responsibilities will include :

• Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional service.
• Taking orders and serving up our delicious ice cream and treats.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Restocking supplies and ensuring the shop is always ready for our guests.
• Working collaboratively with your teammates to create a positive and fun atmosphere.
