• 2+ years of experience in a medical office, preferably in a plastic surgery or dermatology setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and medical staff.
• Experience with medical billing, coding, and insurance verification is highly desirable.
