Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity in Twin Falls, Idaho

Practice Setting

  • Physician-led group under a PSA model
  • High-volume clinic and hospital-based practice with significant interventional caseload (current providers averaging 14,000 wRVUs)
  • No structural required - currently referred to Boise
  • One hospital and one clinic site-streamlined and efficient with minimal travel
  • Excellent support from 4 advanced practice providers, RNs, device techs, and cath lab staff
  • Modern facility with 4 outpatient and 1 inpatient cath lab rooms and full procedural capabilities
  • Rough Annual Volumes : 70 STEMIs and 400 PCIs

Schedule

  • Typical schedule is 7 : 30 / 8 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM with half-day Fridays

    • Call rotation is STEMI and general cardiology, about every third weekend and one weekday

  • Self-managed recovery time, with options to start late or end early post-call

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary of up to $800K / year for up to 2 years, with most physicians transitioning to production in under 12 months

    • Earning potential exceeds $1.2M, supported by high procedural volume and a 100% RVU-based model
