Scope of Position : This role is part of an innovative new model that will pilot the benefits of integrating Occupational Therapy within supportive housing, alongside other embedded services. The Occupational Therapist will provide direct care to supportive housing tenants-particularly older adults and individuals who are medically fragile-and will also provide professional consultation to residential staff. Responsibilities include offering recommendations and interventions related to mobility within the community and home environment, manual muscle testing and range of motion, and environmental safety. The OT should be confident in administering interventions within a behavioral health setting. This position will join a growing cohort of Occupational Therapists at The Bridge.
