Responsibilities and Duties

Define and drive the technology strategy for the IoT platform.

Lead the launch and oversee all technical aspects of new services tailored to the US local market.

Manage and supervise platform development and operational teams to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.

Provide leadership for AI-centered product development and guide the technical team to innovate and deliver impact.

Develop and update a technology roadmap aligned with customer needs and evolving market trends.

Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance no-code development environments and AI-driven automation features.

Establish and maintain robust quality assurance and reliability frameworks; champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer support to align technical enablement with business goals.

Qualifications

Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, capable of effective communication across cultures.

Proven experience managing AI-driven product development, particularly in planning, developing, and operating AI-centric solutions.

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with IoT platforms, cloud-based services, and AI technologies.

Demonstrated leadership in team management and project leadership.

Proactive in adopting and mastering new technologies; motivated to drive innovative business development.

Highly self-driven and proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership.
