Position Overview

KPA is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the AI strategy and technical roadmap for FLEX. This role blends deep technical acumen with product visiondriving the integration of artificial intelligence automation and scalable architecture to make FLEX faster smarter and more powerful for customers.

Youllleadhow FLEX leverages AI to transform safety managementfrom predictive analytics and intelligent recommendations to natural language interaction and automated own the platform roadmap that ensures FLEX is architected for scalability performance and long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is equal parts visionary andexecutorsomeone who can translate complex technical opportunities into actionableroadmaps andinspire both engineers and executives aroundwhatspossible.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy and Innovation :

• Lead FLEXs AI strategyidentifyingopportunities to apply machine learning natural language processing and predictive analytics to EHS workflows.
• Partner with data science engineering and product leadership to design and deliver AI-driven capabilities that enhance decision-making automation and user engagement.
• Definesuccess metrics for AI initiatives ensuring measurable value to customers and alignment with KPAs strategicobjectives.
• Stay current with AI / ML trends regulatory considerations and emerging technologies to inform roadmap evolution.
