Summary :

The Nurse Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the nursing staff within the healthcare facility. This role involves overseeing the delivery of quality patient care, managing nursing personnel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Nurse Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while promoting professional development among the nursing team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.
• Current and valid nursing license in NJ.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership or management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Compensation : $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
