Head Start, Teacher Assistant

$19.11 to $20.05 - 40 hours per week, part year

Job Overview :

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Assist teacher in maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment for children and staff.
• Implement active supervision strategies
• Assist in lesson planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and assessment for the classroom
• Implement screenings and assessments and data entry

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will be : compassionate, organized, flexible, a good communicator, a team player

Physical abilities : Must be able to lift 30 pounds independently without assistance
