Description :

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for an outpatient setting.

The schedule is 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts.

The candidate must be willing to work weekends.

The candidate will float within scope to meet facility needs.

First-time travelers are accepted.

Housing is provided for travelers, typically in one-bedroom apartments.

Pets are not allowed in housing units.

Travelers will be issued a vehicle for use during the assignment.

The vehicle is to remain within a 30-mile radius.

Cleaning fees may apply upon departure from housing.

Travelers must submit copies of their valid driver's license and proof of insurance before operating the vehicle.

Communication devices will be supplied if required for the assignment.

Travelers must be willing to work two out of three major holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

References are required from direct supervisors within the last three years in a comparable setting.

Minimum of two supervisory references covering one year of employment is needed.

Travelers can work for a maximum of one calendar year in the assignment.

A minimum six-month break is required before returning for another assignment.

The facility accepts the Hep B vaccine only and does not accept titers or declinations.
