Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - $10K Bonus

Shift Details

Four 10-hour days per week (schedule flexibility)

Average 8 10 patients per day

1 : 8 call rotation, phone coverage only

Full-time, permanent

Compensation and Benefits

$10,000 commencement bonus

$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscriptions + paid CME time

Your Role

Conduct patient assessments, provide therapy, and manage care plans

Collaborate with primary care providers and clinic staff

Support behavioral health integration and population health initiatives

Educate patients and families on coping strategies and mental wellness

Maintain documentation in Epic EMR system
