Boca Raton respected CPA firm is seeking a Tax Senior. This upper-level tax position requires a strong background in tax preparation, research, and review, with expertise in Partnership, S Corporation, and high-net-worth individual tax laws. The role involves working closely with firm Partners and Managers on tax matters, overseeing 50% of engagements with Partners and 50% with Managers. Key responsibilities include tax return preparation, identifying tax planning strategies, and managing staff. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, with a Master's in Taxation or LLM preferred, and 2-5 years of public accounting experience. Familiarity with tax software and multi-state experience is essential, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills. The position follows a hybrid work environment with 3-4 days in-office.
