Position Overview

We’re seeking a knowledgeable and motivated HVAC Technician & Trainer to join our team. This role is based out of our Albany, NY office and supports a territory that includes New York, Western Vermont, and Western Massachusetts . You must live in the Capital District. The ideal candidate will combine strong HVAC field experience with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others learn and succeed.

This position involves a minimum 25% travel to provide on-site support and conduct in-person training sessions. When not traveling, the role is based in-office, providing phone and virtual technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on residential and commercial HVAC products
• Provide phone-based technical support to contractors and distributors
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting for escalated technical issues
• Create or contribute to training materials, presentations, and documentation
• Stay current on product updates and technical trends within the HVAC industry
• Collaborate with the Director of Training and internal teams to support company-wide training efforts
