The Product Management function drives company's revenue growth, profit margin, and market share through market-driven strategies, new and enhanced products, and effective execution.

The Director of Product Management Product Stewardship leads the strategy, development, and execution of global product stewardship programs to ensure products meet regulatory, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards throughout their lifecycle. This role partners cross-functionally with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Sustainability teams to drive compliance, reduce risk, and enhance the company's environmental and social responsibility footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product stewardship strategy aligned with corporate sustainability goals and global compliance requirements.
• Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with product-related regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, TSCA, Prop 65, WEEE, GHS, PFAS restrictions, etc.).
• Represent Product Stewardship in strategic planning and new product development processes to ensure proactive compliance and design-for-sustainability.
