Senior Financial Analyst

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Channel & Client Margin FP&A team within the Pharmacy Services Segment (PSS). This role supports the planning, reporting, and analysis of financial impacts from client contractual pricing activity. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a Finance or analytical background and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales & Underwriting teams to develop annual budgets, including gathering inputs, analyzing financial data, and building financial models.
• Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets with client contract and pricing information to quantify financial impacts of contractual pricing changes for forecasting and budgeting purposes. Includes data validation, anomaly detection, and refinement to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial models.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Own client renewal status reporting, including revenue projections and executive-level reporting of potential revenue exposure.
• Contribute to enhancements in budget methodologies, data collection, and analysis techniques.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is : $46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
