Job Overview
The Electrical Foreman is a vital position in our project execution strategy. This role involves overseeing all electrical aspects of a project, from planning to implementation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to specifications. The Electrical Foreman collaborates with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of electrical systems within the designated timeframe and budget. This position requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently.
Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other electrical workers on-site
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other project documentation
- Plan and execute electrical installations according to project specifications
- Monitor project progress and conduct quality inspections to ensure proper installations
- Manage project schedules, material procurement, and budget adherence
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise
- Coordinate with other departments and subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration
- Inspect and test electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and compliance with regulations
Electrical Foreman Qualifications & Skills
