Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse to support a skilled nursing facility during a 9-week contract assignment. This role involves a rotating schedule that includes both early-morning and day shifts. The nurse will provide high-quality patient care, ensure safety and compliance, and adapt to varying shift hours within a structured weekly rotation.

Schedule Details

This assignment includes a mix of 3 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM and 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM shifts throughout the contract. The nurse will consistently work 32 hours per week , with a mandatory 30-minute meal break each shift.

• Tuesday : 3 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Thursday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

• Tuesday : 3 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
• Wednesday : 3 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
• Week 3 :

Saturday : 3 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

• Sunday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
• Monday : 3 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
• Week 4 :

Thursday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

• Tuesday : 3 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
• Wednesday : 3 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing best practices.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system.
• Support patient safety, infection control, and quality-of-care standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and facility leadership.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting.
• Ability to work mixed shift times (3a-3 : 30p and 7a-3 : 30p).
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and adaptability.
• Compliance with all facility and agency policies.
• Must take a 30-minute meal break each shift.
