Professional Development Specialist
The Professional Development Specialist will play an integral role in the introduction of new employees to the organization as well as their career development. Will be responsible for the overall new hire employee experience of new professionals to Cajun and the development programs for Cajun's professional level employees.
Required Experience and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant HR experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resource field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively conduct training
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinker
- Must be a team player
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Tech savvy with ability to quickly learn custom software programs
