Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication, speech, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop personalized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and support patients and families in improving functional communication and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapy to improve communication skills, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing function.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support progress and carry over skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
- Participate in care planning and recommend adaptive communication tools when necessary.
Qualifications :
Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.Experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or school-based settings preferred.Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.Compassionate, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
