One Vision is hiring a Regional Services Director to oversee operations, compliance, and team development in our Northwestern Iowa region, including Clear Lake, Ventura, and Garner.

What You'll Do :

• Provide operational and fiscal leadership for HCBS homes in your region
• Drive quality and safety initiatives to exceed state and national regulatory standards
• Oversee staffing strategies, retention, training, and performance development
• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes that prioritize person-centered support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with Medicaid Waivers, accreditation, and agency policies
• Respond to emergencies as part of on-call responsibilities
