Build and scale Nooks’ integrations (SEP, CRM, Call Logging, ETL) so customer workflows connect seamlessly into the Dialer.

What you'll work on :

• Design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs + CRMs
• Own data pipelines to handle billions of data points (Tasks, Prospects, Accounts, ETL, retries, rate limits).
• Drive reliability and monitoring for integrations (uptime, latency, error rates).
• Collaborate with Product and GTM on customer-impactful integration priorities.
• Mentor teammates and provide backend technical leadership within Core Dialer.

Compensation at Nooks for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, hybrid work, and unlimited paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.

We offer competitive compensation because we want to hire the best people and reward them for their contributions to our mission. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is : $250K - $325K annually.
