Job Overview

T-Mobile is looking for a data-driven, product-minded Growth Analyst to join the Media Enablement team. This role is designed for an analytically strong leader who can uncover actionable insights, inform roadmap decisions, and optimize business performance across media investments.

As a Media Enablement Manager - Growth Analyst, you’ll blend analytics with critical thinking to evaluate test-and-learn programs, uncover growth opportunities, and shape the evolution of T-Mobile’s media stack. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives, validate reasons, and guide decisions that accelerate growth.

• This position must be located in Bellevue, WA. The role requires working in a hybrid environment at least 3 days a week in office.

Job Responsibilities :

Design and evaluate experiments (A / B testing, lift studies, etc.) to assess incremental impact of campaigns or product enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Comms Planning, and channel managers to inform and validate investment decisions.

Guide roadmap prioritization based on expected return on investment, customer impact, and resource allocation.

Base Pay Range : $78,500 - $141,600

Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
