The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cost estimation for large-scale process-driven projects, particularly in water treatment facilities, pump stations and water distribution.Responsibilities :

• Estimate Development - Prepare accurate ground-up estimates, concept estimates, and review contractor proposals
• Cost Benchmarking - Analyze market trends, material costs, and historical data to drive competitive project pricing
• Industry Leadership - Develop cost standards, best practices, and benchmarks to support company growth
• Team Leadership - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and support resource planning
• Client & Contractor Collaboration - Present cost estimates, negotiate with contractors, and communicate effectively with clients
• Market Analysis - Stay ahead of cost drivers, market conditions, and construction trendsQualifications :
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimation, with a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus an estimator qualification Certified Cost Professional or ASPE Certified Professional Estimator (CCP, CPE)
• Expertise in all aspects of cost estimating, including conceptual estimates, bid analysis, and cost control
• Strong leadership skills - ability to mentor, guide, and manage resources
• Deep industry knowledge - experience working in major engineering consulting firms or similar environments
