Schedule : Depends on business needs

Position Summary :

You will provide leadership and management oversight for assigned areas of responsibility. Ensure site compliance with Safety.
Daily planning, & Safety meetings
Directing work flow, and addressing issues that may arise.
Management experience is a plus

What's Required :

5 or more years of Supervisory experience

Ability to Supervise 20 employees

Microsoft Office knowledge is a must

Ability to work in fast paced outdoor environment

A team work, can do attitude and willing to learn

High School Diploma / GED or Ability

Safety first mentality

Valid state Driver's license

Areas of Responsibility :

Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures

Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance within the scope of duties, included but not limited to hire, fire, promotions or other changes in employee status

Continually seek and document methods for improvement in the quality of the services being provided and the efficiency in which those services are conducted

Setting and monitoring specific developmental and performance goals for associates
