Our AM Law 100 firm client is looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Analyst who has 3 – 5 years’ experience working in a US-based law firm. You will serve as a technical resource to customers who contact them directly for timely assistance and high-quality solutions and support, as well as for escalations requiring software and hardware requests.
