Job description

Do you have IT Helpdesk / IT Support experience working in US-based law firm(s)?

This experience is required.

Our AM Law 100 firm client is looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Analyst who has 3 – 5 years’ experience working in a US-based law firm. You will serve as a technical resource to customers who contact them directly for timely assistance and high-quality solutions and support, as well as for escalations requiring software and hardware requests.

Position Details :

  • Role : Full-time
  • Locations : (onsite) : Washington DC
  • Compensation : Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Key Requirements :

  • 3+ years’ experience / proficiency with a variety of technologies (e.g., Microsoft OS, MS Office, MS Teams, ServiceNow, Lan / Wan, Citrix, VPN, iOS, iPad, iManage)
  • Experience working in a US-based law firm
  • Commitment to be onsite 5 days / week
  • Minimum Associates Degree, Bachelor’s preferred.
