Salary Range : $44,518-$82,959
Benefits : The teacher benefits include contributions to health, dental, and life insurance plans, with the district covering a portion of premiums. Full-time eligible teachers can access the district's Group Health Plan and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) if enrolled in a high-deductible health plan, with district contributions. Sick leave accrues at 12 days annually, with up to 48 hours designated as Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST). Unused sick leave is unlimited, while ESST accrues up to 20 days. Additionally, teachers have access to bereavement, jury, military, and unpaid childcare leave along with a matched 403(b) plan and professional development opportunities. Reporting Relationship : The Behavioral Interventionist reports directly to the Building Principal

It borders Grand Forks, ND and is very close to the University of North Dakota and Northland Community and Technical College. The district's K-12 enrollment is approximately 1950 students as well as a thriving preschool program. The district has four separate school buildings housing grades PreK-2, 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12. Position Summary : East Grand Forks Public Schools is seeking a Behavioral Interventionist to provide Tier 2 behavioral supports that promote positive student outcomes and reduce exclusionary discipline practices. The Behavioral Interventionist will work directly with students, staff, and families to improve student behavior, attendance, and engagement, while supporting the overall learning environment.
