Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Review and approve subcontractor / vendor contracts.
• Track costs, process change orders, and manage billing.
• Monitor profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to contract documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.

Work Environment :

This role requires onsite presence in Waterbury at project sites once or twice a week. A car allowance ranging from $400 to $600 per month is provided, depending on commute. Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of Waterbury, CT.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 / yr. Health Insurance : Medical, dental, and vision coverage (common for construction firms).
