Job descriptionJ.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar license. 3–7 years of experience in business and commercial litigation . Proven experience in handling complex legal matters involving breach of contract, fraud, fiduciary duty, and shareholder disputes. Ability to independently manage litigation matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Salary : $165,000 to $195,000 (DOE) Unlimited PTO - (5 to 7 weeks taken on average) 100% Paid Medical / Dental / Vision 401k w / match 10% Origination Fee 1800 billable bonus ($27,000) - NO CAP on Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Handle discovery, draft pleadings and dispositive motions, and take / defend depositions.
- Participate in court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and execution.
- Communicate directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
