We are looking for a motivated and articulate Bilingual (Spanish / English) Collection Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have strong negotiation skills, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Negotiate payment solutions while adhering to all federal, state, and client compliance standards.
• Manage an active portfolio of 250+ accounts and consistently achieve monthly collection goals.
• Research and verify account information through regulatory resources.
• Maintain detailed notes and schedules using our collection systems.
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay current on best practices and company standards.
