Warehouse Manager

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient processes for inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution. You will create stock transfer orders, coordinate load-out schedules, and collaborate with both internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth logistics. With a focus on capacity planning and SAP system management, you will maintain strict adherence to operational policies while providing leadership and guidance to your team. Additionally, you will ensure safety protocols, including forklift certifications, and continually improve warehouse procedures to enhance productivity and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

• Create stock transfer orders.
• Maintain and coordinate the load out schedule with in-house distribution andoutside contractors.
• Combine Capacity Planning, Production and Warehouse inputs and key transferorders into system used to ship to inventory centers.
• Tender loads to contracted carriers and sets pick up appointments.
• Make adjustments in mainframe system as needed.
• Make certain all areas are clean and organized.
• Ensure product pulled for production following SAP requirements.
• First in / first out philosophy.
• Maintain forklift safety and certification requirements.
