A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist (Friday-Tuesday, 9AM-6PM EST). Key Responsibilities Provide in-depth support and solutions to customers Communicate with customers through various channels Enter records of customer interactions via a CRM system Required Qualifications BS / BA degree or relevant experience 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably over the phone Must be able to work Friday-Tuesday, 9AM-6PM EST Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
