Test Architect

15+ years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years in architectural or leadership roles

While many candidates have relevant P&C insurance experience, they appear to be more aligned with automation architect roles rather than test program management. Although some automation expertise is beneficial, this role primarily requires a managerial profile—someone capable of overseeing the testing program, managing multiple stakeholders, and proactively identifying and escalating issues and risks
