Staff DevOps Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer - Platform Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Continuously improve automation and tooling for deployment processes

Design and implement solutions to ensure regulatory compliance and security posture

Mentor and support teammates while collaborating across teams

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in DevOps or related roles focusing on CI / CD automation

Proficiency in GitHub Workflows and Actions for CI / CD pipelines

Strong skills with Terraform / OpenTofu for infrastructure as code (IaC)

Deep knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, ECS, and RDS

Experience in creating compliant, self-service delivery pipelines
