Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong foundation in IT and SDLC processes to support our growing portfolio of technology projects within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is eager to learn the industry, dive into processes, and grow into a leadership position over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• SDLC Support : Ensure compliance with software development lifecycle standards, including managing and maintaining 24 required artifacts for IT projects.
• Process Engagement : Work closely with operations teams, including occasional visits to the production floor (starting as early as 6 AM when needed).
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Know when to involve QA, operations, and other teams to keep projects on track.
• IT Project Support : Assist with initiatives across IT applications, infrastructure, AV systems, and other technology domains.
• Boundary Adherence : Operate within established frameworks and standards—focus on execution, not reinventing processes.
• Regional Support : Provide coverage for projects in Clarksville and Hopkinsville facilities.

Qualifications

Targeting pay $45-60 / hr depending on experience
