Two Orthopedic groups, one in Mattoon and one in Effingham

  • Participation in general ortho call with the Mattoon group is required
  • Continually invests in the latest equipment
  • Can offer both Rosa and Mako robotics as well as spine navigation
  • O arm and AIRO CT
  • Compensation :

    • $875,000

  • Bonus based on RVU production
  • Quality bonus up to $50,000
  • Benefits : Full Benefits

    • $75,000 Sign-on bonus

  • $60,000 total retention bonus
  • $15,000 in relocation reimbursement
  • 33 Days of PTO
  • 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
  • Malpractice with tail included at no cost
  • Health / Dental / Vision / Life / Disability
  • 403b with employer match
