Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Pleasant Grove, UT. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for creating and implementing treatment plans, providing individual and family therapy, conducting case management, and offering mental health support. The therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans to support their mental well-being.

Qualifications

• Skills in Treatment Planning and developing personalized care plans
• Experience in Social Work and Case Management
• Expertise in Mental Health support and Family Therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) in Utah
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
