What this job involves : JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. Your primary responsibility is to complete all tasks as directed by the Lead Engineer with minimum supervision and to report any condition affecting building services and tenant comfort or safety. This role focuses on tenant services, preventive maintenance, equipment monitoring, and general maintenance to ensure optimal building operations and safety standards.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Respond to tenant service requests including temperature complaints, lighting repairs, and furniture moving
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and equipment monitoring with detailed documentation
• Operate mechanical equipment including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and fire alarm systems
• Perform HVAC system adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure tenant comfort
• Conduct safety inspections including elevator, asbestos, and generator load testing
• Maintain building cleanliness in mechanical rooms, equipment areas, and public spaces
• Record equipment readings, settings, and operational occurrences in logbooks
