We currently have an exciting opportunity for Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist in Richfield, OH.

Our client is global top tire Manufacturer and they are looking detailed oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist to join our Sales Support Team. Accounting knowledge related degree is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers to resolve outstanding issues. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a clean and accurate Accounts Receivable aging report and supporting the company's overall cash flow.

The salary is $21-$23 per hour (40 hour per week, full-time)

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily collection activities for past due Accounts Receivable
• Contact customers by email and phone to determine payment status and resolve outstanding balances
• Review and research unused credit memos and debit memos; work with customers and internal sales teams to determine correct application
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of overdue items
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of collection efforts and communications
• Assist in ensuring the Accounts Receivable statement remains clean, accurate, and up to date.

Pay : $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
