• 24-hour in-house shifts, 3 - 6 per month per provider
• 200 deliveries monthly with 30% cesarean rate
• Hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology practice
• 10 OB emergency department cases daily
• Coverage at two hospital locations
• Long-term staffing plan for 24 / 7 provider coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
