POSITION SUMMARY :
If you're an entry level or experience Tech Support Rep, looking for part time work this job is for you. One of our top insurance clients, is seeking a Part Time Tech Support Rep to join their team. The Tech Support Rep will analyze and design solutions for enterprise hardware, software applications and network infrastructure. Partner with network and other IT teams to monitor, diagnose and address complex technical issues related to a wide range of IT issues. Candidates should have at least 1+ year of help desk or tech support experience and be able to work in the Farmington, CT office 5 days per week.
