ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide confidential administrative support to Senior Management Team Members and their staff.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage complex calendars, organize internal and external meetings, coordinate schedules, develop agendas, coordinate logistics and catering.
- Coordinate staff meetings and prepare minutes for review.
- Prepare and provide documents, reports and information for the SMT Members in an expedient and efficient manner.
- Draft, edit, and produce documents and presentations for review by Senior Management.
- Track external and internal documents requiring Senior Management review or signature and follow-up to assure documents are executed in a timely manner.
- Screen mail and email messages for priority. Organize according to content, importance and destination.
- Handle confidential material related to company policy and development; and disseminate information with appropriate discretion.
- Work as liaison between SMT member and staff to achieve maximum company performance and address items as needed.
- Provide back-up support to other Executive Assistants as needed.
- Support Senior Management Team with various requests and ad hoc projects.

Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) requiredAssociate’s Degree (AA) or some college preferredExperience Qualifications

Working Conditions : This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

The pay range offered for this position is $ - $ per hour. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
