All-Pro Auto Reconditioning seeks an Automotive Detail Lead to oversee vehicle cleaning, scheduling, and staff management in a fast-paced garage environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality detail work and vehicle appearance.
• Manage personnel scheduling, staffing, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of location efficiency.
• Coordinate with Lot Coordinator / Area Manager for staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure proper end-of-day checkout procedures.
• Communicate daily with Lot Coordinator / Area Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
